Processing Time

All our products are custom-made to order just for you. Once you place your order, our production team begins creating your item. Please allow:

  • 2-7 business days for production and processing
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

Shipping Timeframes

After production is complete, your order will be shipped. Estimated delivery times are:

Within Canada:

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express shipping: 2-4 business days

United States:

  • Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express shipping: 3-5 business days

International:

  • Standard shipping: 10-20 business days (depending on destination)

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer:

  • Standard shipping
  • Express shipping (where available)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including Canada Post, USPS, and other regional carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

International Orders

For international shipments, please note:

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If we're unable to ship to your location, you'll be notified during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at alberto@artwithlove.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
